Ingredients

  • 50ml Spanish gin

  • 35 ml St.Germaine

  • 35ml lemon juice

  • Top with Mediterranean tonic and Spanish sparkling white wine. 

This cocktail was created completely with Rosie in mind(sorry Lucas, I love you too but......well...Rosie). 

When I think of Rosie, I think of soft, sweet, simple, florally, fruity. Basically, that happy point between spring and summer. I wanted my drink to reflect that. There had to be Spanish influences in there of course, so I went with a gin I bought in Barcelona. Rosie just seems like a gin girl to me, so it seemed fitting. 

This cocktail is refreshing, light and bright with the citrusy gin, St.Germain and Mediterranean tonic. 

Drinking this, I could imagine myself sitting with the Martin family at the beach or in their backyard, food cooking, and nothing but happiness and good vibes flowing.
